Principal Terms

• Your membership will be activated automatically either when your online payment has been made or when you finish transaction at the reception counter.
  

• All of these Terms and Conditions will become binding on you and us when your membership has been activated, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

• By successfully registered, you allow us to send membership reminders, promotion programs to your submitted contact.
  
  

• You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable for the Type of Membership chosen.
  
  

• You cannot transfer this agreement to anyone else or to another branch.

Start-up Fee

Start-up fee is a cost associated with the initiation and setup of an account, as well as the management and storage of customer information on the system. The start-up fee is a non-refundable fee. Customers who renew after the package expires will need to pay this fee again.

Pricing Policy

• From time to time we may need to vary the price of membership. We will give you notice of any incoming price change and will make it very clear when the price change will take effect and how much your membership will cost after the change. During this period, you will have your usual right to terminate your membership in accordance with the membership terms and conditions and rules. If you do not terminate the membership by the date given to you in the notice, then the price of your membership will be changed in accordance with our notice.
  
  

• Promotions are valid at the gym highlighted only. The price given is the lowest price available and may apply to off peak or standard monthly memberships.

Termination

• You may want to terminate your membership at anytime.
  
  

• Your membership fee are not refundable under any circumstances.

SOMNI Rules

First of all, welcome to SOMNI. We are delighted to have you here with us at SOMNI. SOMNI understands that regulations might seem a bit tedious, but please consider them as part of our commitment to keeping you safe during your workout.

Encouragement to participate in free classes:

• We conduct introductory sessions to guide you: explore the entire facility, understand the function of each workout area, and how to use the equipment.

  
  

• SOMNI encourages you to attend this introduction session to easily use the equipment and enjoy all the amenities of SOMNI. Our friendly and professional team is always ready to assist you.

  
  

• The schedule for free classes is updated in SOMNI App.

To keep you safe while working out:

• To protect your feet and minimize injuries during exercise, comfortable workout attire and sports shoes are essential.
  
  

• Clothing such as jeans, boots, flip-flops/backless sandals, or work attire are not suitable for the workout environment.It is extremely important to remember that you cannot use the gym while under the influence of stimulants.
  
  

• You should also refrain from any activities that could harm yourself or others.
  
  

• Anytime you are not in a condition to work out safely and effectively, we may ask you to leave the gym and return when you are ready.

To keep your belongings safe:

• SOMNI cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
  
  

• Please use the provided lockers and only use them during your workout.
  
  

• Lost items will be donated to charity after one week.

To keep the workout environment safe for everyone:

• Only personal trainers licensed by SOMNI are allowed to instruct members.
  
  

• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all areas of the gym.
  
  

• Members are not allowed to bring any pets into the gym.
  
  

• Eating in the gym is discouraged.
  
  

• Gently lower weights to avoid noise pollution.
  
  

• Use your personal PIN each time you enter/exit the gym.
  
  

• While working out, members should only film or photograph themselves.

Other Notices:

• The main changing room will be closed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  
  

• Use tissues and cleaning solution to clean equipment after each use.
  
  

• The gym is only to be used for workout purposes, not for sleeping overnight.

Other Terms:

• You can join SOMNI if you are 15 years or older.Members must comply with SOMNI Rules.
  
  

• We may transfer the right to enforce the contract to a third party working with the member.
  
  

• In case we have to stop operating all or part of the gym, we will notify in advance unless force majeure.
  
  

• We will not bear any responsibility in case members do not comply with the rules.

• 
  As a gym service user, you are free to provide feedback on any of our services.

• 
  This agreement is governed by Vietnamese Law.
  
  

• We have the right to immediately terminate the provision of this service if a member violates the Gym Rules.

Regulations For Using Registered Account For Accessing SOMNI

• Members must ensure that they are in good physical condition.
  
  

• SOMNI has security measures and tools to protect customers’ personal information and payments.
  
  

• Members may not use any programs, tools or other forms to interfere with the system.
  
  

• All member information will be kept confidential unless legally required.
  
  

• CCTV operates in some areas in SOMNI. REGULATIONS FOR USING REGISTERED ACCOUNT FOR ACCESSING SOMNI (CONT.) Each member account only applies to a single member.
  
  

• Account information plays a role in recording access time.
  
  

• The access control system will use biometric control with SOMNI app.
  
  

• SOMNI will not collect or store any information about this biometric data. If the member account is used illegally:
  
  

• Right to terminate services or request surcharges:
  
  

• We may apply penalty fees or terminate services in case of repeated violations. Member’s responsibility: Members are responsible for any loss caused by violation.
