Role Description

Part-time and Full-time e on-site role for a Yoga Instructor based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Yoga Instructor will be responsible for planning and leading yoga sessions, specifically focusing on techniques such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa, while ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. They will also provide guidance and support to members to enhance their physical and mental well-being, maintaining open and effective communication to support individual needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ professional teaching experience 

• Yoga Alliance International qualification

• Yoga teacher training (YTT)

• Strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement

• Bilingual proficiency (English & Vietnamese) with refined communication skills

Core Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive movement and fitness assessments to identify opportunities for improvement

• Design and deliver individualized strength and conditioning programs tailored to each member’s goals.

• Supervise training sessions to ensure correct technique, safety, and optimal performance.

• Monitor progress through data-driven tracking and continuous feedback loops.

• Inspire motivation through coaching that balances discipline with emotional intelligence.

• Collaborate with Somni’s recovery and wellness teams to deliver holistic outcomes.

• Maintain professional certifications, First-Aid/CPR readiness, and the Somni standard of excellence.
