Role Description

This is a Full time and Part-time, Ground staff based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Ground staff will be responsible for warmly greeting clients, managing inquiries and performing routine clerical tasks. The role also involves assisting clients with their needs and ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area. Ground Staff must have great knowledge of all the equipments and services that is provided at Somni

Qualifications

• Strong Clerical Skills such as scheduling, data entry, and managing records with attention to detail.

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to interact professionally with clients and team members.

• Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and address client inquiries.

• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of wellness services is a plus but not mandatory. 

• Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools is preferred.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, wellness, or luxury service environments.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese; excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
