Role Description

This is a Full-time and part-time on-site role for a Barista located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace, and assist with food preparation as needed. Delivering a superior customer experience through friendly and professional service, the Barista will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Strong Barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

• Customer service abilities to provide a positive experience for guests

• Experience or ability in food preparation

• Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented attitude

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required

• Proficiency in English and/or Vietnamese preferrer
